The IU Police Department reported the following activity:\nApril 1\n• Junior Angela T. Lynch, resident of Willkie Quad, reported the theft of her bicycle from a rack outside Willkie. Estimated loss is $420.\n• Freshman Mark T. Howard, 19, resident of Forest Quad, was charged on Seventh Street with public intoxication, illegal possession and criminal mischief. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Freshman Claire P. Ehrlich, 18, resident of McNutt Quad, was cited at McNutt for illegal consumption.\n• Sophomore Michael Joseph Palm, 20, resident of East First Street, was arrested at Briscoe Quad for public intoxication and illegal consumption. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.\nApril 2\n• Freshman Travis S. Houghton, 19, resident of Briscoe Quad, was cited at McNutt Quad for illegal possession.\n• Freshman Jeffrey K. Wright, 19, resident of Briscoe Quad, was cited at McNutt Quad for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman Matthew J. Brown, 19, resident of McNutt Quad, was cited at McNutt for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman Scott A. Qualizza, 18, resident of McNutt Quad, was cited at McNutt for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman Daniel R. Motkowicz, 19, resident of Foster Quad, was cited at Foster for illegal possession.\n• Freshman Casey M. Klepsch, 19, resident of Foster Quad, was cited at Foster for illegal possession.\n• Freshman Michael D. Bach, 19, resident of Foster Quad, was cited at Foster for illegal possession.\n• Freshman Jeffrey C. Powers, 19, resident of Foster Quad, was cited at Foster for illegal possession.\n• Nonstudent Roy S. Davis, 22, resident of Muncie, Ind., was cited at Kirkwood and Indiana avenues for public intoxication.\n• Nonstudent Marshall L. Davis, 19, resident of Indianapolis, was stopped at Ninth Street and Indiana Avenue, where he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication and illegal consumption. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Nonstudent Jeremy Kyle Johnson, 21, resident of East Covenanter Drive, was stopped at Foster Quad for breaking out a window at the Von Lee Theater. He was transported to Monroe County Jail for public intoxication.\n• Nonstudent Zecheriah D. Pugh, 21, employee of Channel 13 News, reported the rear window of his Ford Explorer had been knocked out. Estimated damage is $500.\n• Freshman Aleksandar Stojic, 19, resident of Briscoe Quad, was cited at Briscoe for illegal consumption.\n• An employee reported vandalism to the west doors of Swain Hall. Estimated damage is $100.\n• Freshman Hans Angermeier, resident of Foster Quad, reported the theft of his bicycle from the racks at Ballantine Hall. Estimated loss is $350.\n• Sophomore Hector Mendez, resident of North Jordan Avenue, reported the theft of his textbook from his residence. Estimated loss is $165.\n• Freshman Viena Wagner, resident of Meadowlark Lane, reported some damage to her vehicle while it was parked on Woodlawn Avenue. Estimated damage is $400.
