Kranzler, 18, a resident of Foster Quad, was cited at 13th Street and Fee Lane for illegal consumption. \nApril 20\n• Nonstudent Michael A. Hambleton, 23, a resident of Cincinnati, was arrested at Law Lane and North Jordan Avenue for public intoxication and criminal mischief. He was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Center. \n• Nonstudent Mark J. Becker, 21, a resident of Cincinnati, was arrested at Law Lane and North Jordan Avenue for public intoxication. He was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Center. \n• Junior Katie E. Foxworthy, 21, a resident of North Jordan Avenue, was arrested at the north drive of Foster Quad for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. She was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Center. \n• Senior Kevin R. King, 22, a resident of East 17th Street, was arrested at East Third and North Walnut Streets for public intoxication. He was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Center.
