Man accused of molesting 10-year-old girl

Police say a man who allegedly molested a 10-year-old female is in their custody. According to police reports, the incident occurred in November 2000. The suspect is an acquaintance of the victim, police said. According to the report, the man was arrested in Wayne County. Sunday, he was charged with a Class A felony. The defendant, James R. Sciscoe, is being held in the Monroe County Correctional Center on a $10,000 cash and $100,000 surety bond. \nWoman arrested after war of words turns violent\nA fight that started with words ended with one person being placed under arrest. Bloomington police arrested a woman Monday for hitting another woman, police reports said. According to police, the victim was pushed into a coffee table and hit several times in the face. The suspect, Brandi Devine of the 100 block of Maxine Drive, was arrested and placed in the Monroe County Correctional Center. Devine was released today with a $500 cash bond and $500 surety, according to prison officials.
