Science academy announces grant opportunities

The Indiana Academy of Science has recently announced the availability of Junior Research Grants for Indiana students in grades 9-12. The grants will be used to support students who are designing, conducting and evaluating independent research endeavors.
Students can be awarded up to $300.

According to a press release, “The Academy is proud to nurture the promise of high school students expressing an interest in the sciences, and encourage all Indiana high school students to apply.”

Interested students must sumbit their application by Oct. 25, and decisions will be made by mid-December.
