Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr., D-Ill., returns to his office in the Rayburn House Office Building on Capitol Hill after telling reporters he is not a target of the federal investigation of Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, Wednesday in Washington. Wire-tapped conversations indicated that Blagojevich felt that Rep.
