NCAA clears another, Bawa still awaiting his fate
Kentucky has just announced its star freshman point guard, John Wall, has been cleared to play by the NCAA. Wall is the top rated incoming freshman in the country, and a member of the Top 5 Wildcats squad that will play at IU on Dec. 12.
The status of IU freshman center Bawa Muniru’s eligibility this season is still unknown. But Muniru is not alone, joining others such as former five-star recruits Lance Stephenson (Cincinnati) and Renardo Sidney (Mississippi State) among those still waiting to hear from the NCAA.
Muniru has not been limited in terms of practicing, however, as most recently evidenced by Jeremiah Rivers’ accidental facial injury sustained while colliding with Muniru’s elbow on an attempted pick ‘n roll.
IU’s first exhibition game is in five days, while the home opener is just two weeks away.
It makes you wonder whether the understaffed NCAA works on weekends.

I like this blog because its administrators don’t make any effort to hide their contempt for the readers.

^ I agree. Why did you have to delete Charlie Brown, man? You just don’t do that. Was it because it was asking for the Basketblog back? Well this is not over by long shot. We want the Basketblog back! Meanwhile this parody of a blog can go away unnoticed!
