Hoosiers win by a fingertip
A Luis Soffner fingertip save in the final seconds of Saturday’s game at Michigan was the deciding factor in IU’s 1-0 win.
The Hoosiers advance to 6-4-1 (2-0) and snap a two-game losing streak.
Andy Adlard, last weeks co-Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week, punched in IU’s lone goal. He now has six on the year and trails only Will Bruin in goals scored on the year.
IU travels to South Bend Wednesday to take on Notre Dame. Game time is 7 p.m.
