Men’s soccer team to return to Assembly Hall for celebration Sunday evening
After winning the team’s eighth national title by defeating Georgetown 1-0 in the College Cup final on Sunday in Hoover, Ala., the IU men’s soccer team will return Sunday evening for a celebration with fans.
The south lobby doors of Assembly Hall will open at 8:30 p.m. when fans can begin filing in, and shortly after the team will arrive.
The team’s flight will land at Monroe County Airport at 9:36 p.m., and after a short reception there, the team will return to Bloomington and end up at Assembly Hall. The team will enter through Harry Gladstein Fieldhouse and make its way to into Assembly Hall for a reception with fans.
