IU named one of top colleges for soccer fans
Although in the offseason, IU soccer has won an award. U.S. News and World Report ranked IU as one of the top nine colleges for soccer fans. The honor is based on both fan support and the team’s success. During the 2009 season the Hoosiers averaged attendances over 1,500 people per game.
The other schools mentioned were Maryland, Messiah College, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Seattle University, Stanford, UCLA, and Virginia.

The IDS should add a THANKS to Coach Freitag and His team who helped get the attendance record!
Not to mention Jr inherited one of the best recruiting classes thanks to Freitag.
