Accustomed to wreaking havoc on opposing pitchers for the Hoosiers, Indiana's bash brothers will now get to team up for their country.

Rising IU junior first baseman Sam Travis has officially made the USA Baseball Collegiate National Team, the team announced Sunday.

Travis joins fellow rising junior Kyle Schwarber, who was invited to the roster in May and had a guaranteed spot. IU is one of three schools to have multiple players on the team, along with TCU and NC State.

Both players suited up in Sunday's 3-2 win against High Point-Thomasville, with Schwarber blasting the go-ahead, three-run homer in the fifth inning. He finished 2-for-3 with one run and three RBI, while Travis went 0-for-3.

After Team USA completes a string of tune-up games, it heads to Japan from July 5-11 for the 39th USA vs. Japan Collegiate All-Star Series.
