Gordon, a senior shooting guard at Cathedral (Ind.) High School, is rated as a four-star prospect, according to 247Sports’ composite rating.
Both of his older brothers attended IU for one season — Eric as a one-and-done freshman in 2007-08 and Evan as a graduate transfer in 2013-14. The Hoosiers could go three-for-three in their pursuit of the Gordon brothers if Eron picks IU instead of Arizona State, Auburn, Butler, Notre Dame, Purdue and Xavier.
“It’s just constantly changing,” he said. “IU’s picked it back up. Auburn’s really picked it up, so I’m still here and there.”
He said it would not mean anything to be the next Gordon brother to play at IU, and he said he felt no pressure to commit to the Hoosiers.
