Rivals.com is reporting that Jibreel Black, a three-star defensive tackle from Wyoming, Ohio who originally committed to IU, changed his decision today and will be a Cincinnati Bearcat next season.
Black is one of the top 25 defensive ends in the nation, according to the recruiting service, and was IU’s No. 1 commit for next season.
Jibreel Black is brother of current IU defensive tackle Larry Black.
