The game ended with a controversial Michigan interception of IU junior quarterback Ben Chappell’s pass that has led to prolonged coverage and debate about the Hoosiers’ chances against the No. 22 Wolverines.
The most-ever watched game on the network was a 2006 matchup between Ohio State and Illinois, which drew slightly more than 2.1 million households.
